Short Term Courses

1. Introduction to Cafe Skills

In 2009, MMO and Petersham TAFE combined forces to run an Introduction to Café Skills course. Participants learnt basic barista (coffee making) skills and customer service skills. They had lots of fun and got to drink some good coffee along the way!
